If you need to modify your order in any way, it is best to call us at 678-628-2882 or email gtsales@georgiatwine.com and we can assist with whatever changes need to be made.
Much of what we ship is done via LTL Freight as it is the most cost-effective way to ship heavier products. Once you place your order, we will look at all available shipping options and then reach out to you to complete your order. Once completed, we will send you on-going tracking updates for your order until we confirmed it is recieved by you.
Once your order is placed, there will be a continuous conversation between you and a member of the GeorgiaTwine team to ensure your products are delivered on-time and to your satisfaction. If at any time, a shipment is delayed, we will reach out to you immediately and will keep you up to date on the status.
